Terms

Plain English, on purpose. Last updated September 2026.

What a ticket buys

A ticket is admission to the specific event and, where the event has classes or time slots, the specific one you booked. Give your name at the door — you don't need a printed ticket, though the confirmation email and order page both work as backup if there's ever a question.

Refunds and weather

If weather forces us to move an outdoor event, we'll make that call by 3 PM the day of and post it on Instagram (@auburnpike). Your ticket carries over to the new date automatically — you don't need to do anything. Outside of a weather move, ticket sales are final; we don't offer refunds for a change of mind.

Promo codes

One promo code per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be combined with another code, and can't be exchanged for cash. We can turn a code off or change its terms at any time, including one already shared with you, if it's being misused or was issued in error.

Payment

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number — see the privacy page for what we do keep.
