What we collect

When you buy or reserve a ticket: your name, email address, ticket quantity, and — for events with classes or time slots — which one you picked. If you enter a promo code, we keep a record of that too. That's what shows up on the door list and in your confirmation email.

Payment

Card payments are handled entirely by Stripe. We never see, receive, or store your card number — only that a charge succeeded, for how much, and Stripe's transaction reference.

What we don't do

We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone outside the chapter. It's used only to run the event you bought a ticket to: the door list, your confirmation email, and — if something goes wrong with an order — reaching you about it.

Deletion

Email philanthropy@auburnpike.com to ask us to delete your information, and we will, once any event it relates to has passed and the order is no longer needed for a refund or dispute.
