Rush Excellence. Rush Pike.
Scholars. Leaders.
Athletes.
Gentlemen.
Pi Kappa Alpha, Upsilon Chapter. Chartered at Auburn in 1895. We're looking for the next class of brothers.
Start the interest formWho we are
A brotherhood, not a transaction
Pike is one of the oldest fraternities at Auburn — chartered in 1895, still in the same house on Magnolia. Brothers here run philanthropy events that raise real money for the Pike Foundation, show up for tailgates and swaps all fall, and hold each other to the same four words: scholars, leaders, athletes, gentlemen.
We're not chasing a look or a rush week persona. We're looking for guys who'll still be showing up senior year — to chapter, to philanthropy, to each other.
What we look for
The motto is the bar
- Scholarship
The chapter GPA is tracked every semester. Grades come first.
- Leadership
Officers, committee chairs, and campus involvement — brothers run things here.
- Athletics
Intramurals, workouts, and staying active as a house, not just individually.
- Gentlemen
How you carry yourself with your brothers, your dates, and everyone else.
How rush works at Auburn
Formal recruitment, and beyond
IFC formal recruitment runs in August, before fall classes start — that's the main way most guys join. There are also informal and spring recruitment opportunities throughout the year for guys who transfer in, decide late, or weren't ready in August.
Dates move year to year. Confirm the current schedule with the rush chair rather than relying on a date printed here — and fill out the form below in the meantime so we have you on the list.
